These terms cover requesting a read from Market Signal, run by Assembly Digital, and using the service once your company is approved. By sending a request, you agree to them.
Early access
Market Signal is in early access. We review every request, and we may decline one without giving a reason. Nothing runs, and nothing is charged, until we have confirmed the scope and price with you.
What a read is
A read is written with AI models from public pages and public discussions, with each point tied to the quote it comes from. It can be incomplete or wrong, and it states its limits. It is a starting point for your own judgement, not professional advice. Check what matters before you act on it. Quotes remain their authors’, and their sources’ terms still apply to them.
What you give us
Only enter what you are entitled to share. You let us use it to provide the service to your company, as the privacy notice describes. Request a read only for a company you work for or are authorised to represent.
Fair use
Do not try to reach another company’s account or data, overload or probe the service, or access it in automated ways other than those we provide.
Liability
We provide the service as it is, and, as far as the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made from a read or for losses arising from using it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not let us limit.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Assembly Digital is established, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived. Questions: mpreuss@assemblydigital.com.
